The Venous Symposium Europe 2025 conference in Athens

The Venous Symposium Europe 2025 conference in Athens is a leading meeting focused on venous and lymphatic diseases and constitutes the second edition of the corresponding European event following its inaugural version in 2024, aiming to bring to Europe the academic and practical excellence of the American Venous Symposium New York.

The Venous Symposium Europe 2025 conference will take place in Athens from 30 October to 1 November 2025, at the Eugenides Foundation on Syngrou Avenue.

Why it is worth attending

  • The conference focuses on venous and lymphatic diseases—fields that are gaining increasing importance in vascular, interventional, and internal medicine.
  • It enables interactive participation: beyond theoretical lectures, it includes hands-on workshops featuring modern techniques (e.g., thrombectomy, embolization, intravascular ultrasound — IVUS) and practical scenarios.
  • It is of an international standard: leading specialists from Europe, the United States, and other regions participate, providing opportunities for networking and the exchange of knowledge on a global level.
  • It is officially accredited: the conference has received ECMECs accreditation from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
